Shipping
Most items ship within two business days after we receive the order via USPS. Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available. If the availability turns out to be different than listed, we will email you to let you know. You will also receive an email notifying you when your order ships along with a tracking number that you can track through www.USPS.com.
Paypal or Pay by Email
After you fill out your address information in the checkout, at the very bottom of the same page, you will notice a choice or either "Pay by Paypal" or "Pay by Email." If you select "Pay by Paypal," then our site will eventuall direct you to www.paypal.com to make your payment. You can use your credit card to make the payment once your are directed to www.paypal.com. We do not take credit cards over the phone. If you would rather pay by sending a money order, then select "Pay by Email." We will contact you within a days time to instruct you as to how to make the payment by money order (see below).
Money Orders and Pay by Email
If you would like to order by money order, please select "Pay by Email" at the end of the address checkout page. We will email you to be clear about your order and then send you instructions on how to send the payment to us. When we receive your payment, your order will go out the next mailing day.
Priority and Express/Overnight Shipping
US orders are shipped by either USPS Priority or USPS Express/Overnight mail. When ordering, after you fill out your address information and click "continue" on the address checkout page, then the next page will ask you which shipping method you prefer and will add on the appropriate cost for the shipping. Priority will reach you in 3-4 days after the day you place your order and Express will reach you 1-2 days after you place your order. Call us before 2 pm at (573) 864-4710 if you need your order to arrive to you the next day.
Return Policy
We offer a 45 day return policy. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you may return it to us within 45 days from when you received it for a full refund or credit, minus shipping costs. Simply email us to get a return authorization.
International Orders
We can ship to many countries outside of the USA. But we cannot ship swords to countries such as: Brazil, Greece, Denmark, Japan, Russia, Indonesia or Mexico. These countries do not allow it. This is not a complete list, so please check by emailing us first about the country you would like us to ship to. You cannot place an International order through the website as it is not included in the checkout proceedings at this time. So, please email to get the specifics on whether we can mail to your country, what that might cost and how to make a payment.
